If I look in the mirror after a bad haircut and say, You look like a supermodel today!
Well, the ‘little rebel’ in me stamps her foot and yells… Say whaaaat? You’re wrong!
But I do know that our thoughts create our reality.

So go ahead, honey-bunch. Play with these today and into the weekend. The key to shifting our perception is repetition.
Take a few seconds to say these sweet love letters to yourself– you’ll really appreciate it!
Change the words. Write your own that feel yummy to you. Don’t worry about when to say them. Any time will do.
Or better yet, say them right now.
